This screened-in deck addition on the Hamilton Mountain was built for comfort, style, and three-season enjoyment. Brightside Renovations used only premium materials to bring this project to life, including:

Engineered for Comfort and Longevity

The structure is fully permitted and engineered, built atop helical piles to provide lasting support for the large deck footprint. A vaulted ceiling adds spaciousness, while roof overframing ties the new addition seamlessly into the single-story home.

This screened-in deck is now a cozy, elegant space that keeps bugs out and lets fresh air in—perfect for a family of four to enjoy the outdoors spring through fall.
