Bathroom Renovation with Accessible Bathtub

This bathroom renovation was long overdue. Mold on the ceiling signaled that the old exhaust fan had been out of commission for some time. Despite working within a tight budget, we delivered a transformation that breathed new life into the space.

Smart Solutions for a Small Space

To improve function and comfort, we removed a small linen closet and an unused furnace vent, which allowed us to enlarge the bathroom. We replaced all the drywall, installed a custom-made vanity, and added a specially tall toilet to increase accessibility and ease of use.

Bright, Clean, and Functional

Fresh paint, new fixtures, and a pot light in the tub helped brighten the room, while the upgraded ventilation ensures it stays dry and mold-free. This project proves that thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can significantly impact—even on a modest budget.
